Miranda is the Chief Executive Officer of NCNS, providing strategic leadership with a strong focus on values‑led practice, cultural safety, and sustainable service delivery.
She is deeply committed to working alongside First Nations communities, partners, and stakeholders to deliver culturally safe, responsive, and community‑led services, embedding this commitment across service design, partnerships, and accountability.
Known for her collaborative, people‑centred and ethical leadership style, Miranda places people at the heart of everything she does. Currently completing a Master of Human Resources, she is deeply committed to strengthening leadership capability, supporting internal progression, and building a resilient organisation where staff are empowered to thrive while delivering lasting outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Drawing on experience across community services and the commercial sector, Miranda has guided NCNS through significant strategic change, strengthening governance, workforce capability, financial stewardship, and service delivery.
Craig Donnelly- Wells
Service delivery Manager
Craig is the Service Delivery Manager at NCNS, a strategic and values-driven social work leader with over 28 years’ experience across the UK and Australian child protection and clinical therapeutic sectors.
He brings expertise in operational program delivery, evidence-based practice, clinical governance, workforce leadership, and program fidelity.
Craig has a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex service operations, driving continuous quality improvement, and strengthening interagency partnerships to achieve sustainable outcomes. He is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred services and achieving transformative outcomes for families through ethical, accountable, and evidence-informed service delivery and practice.
Sara Hayek
Team Leader, Integrated Team Care (ITC)
Sara Hayek leads the Integrated Team Care (ITC) program at NCNS, where she plays a vital role in supporting Aboriginal communities to navigate and access mainstream health services.
With over a decade of experience in Aboriginal Health and Aboriginal Mental Health, Sara brings deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal chronic care patients in primary health settings. Her passion for holistic health and preventative care.
Sara Johnston
Program Manager for Functional Family Therapy–Child Welfare (FFT-CW)
Sara Johnston currently leads the Functional Family Therapy–Child Welfare (FFT-CW) team at NCNS.
Sara is a fierce advocate for vulnerable families.
With over 40 years’ experience across the community and child protection sectors, Sara brings deep expertise in leading multi-disciplinary and multi-tenancy teams, managing statutory child protection teams, complex operations, and overseeing multiple government contracts across NSW. With 7.5 years’ experience as an FFT-CW therapist, Sara has achieved strong outcomes for families and is known for going above and beyond to support meaningful, lasting change.
Stepping into this new program leadership role, Sara is passionate about supporting and developing therapists as agents of change through reflective supervision, strong practice leadership, and fidelity to the FFT-CW model.
