Nepean Community & Neighbourhood Services

NCNS is an innovative grass-roots organisation that works across the Greater Western Sydney, Nepean, Blue Mountains & Lithgow areas. Our neighbourhood centres and Aboriginal Family Centre are located in the Penrith LGA.  We have staff located in Penrith, Katoomba, and Lithgow – and we support clients via our case management and care coordination programs from Blacktown to Lithgow.

We work through a model of partnership and collaboration, providing quality programs to support disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the local community to enable strength, inclusion and respect.

An important element of our work is provided through Koolyangarra, our Aboriginal Family Centre in Cranebrook – which is the hub for our large range of Aboriginal support and community programs.

Youth, family support and community programs are run through our centres at South Penrith, Kingswood Park & Cranebrook.

We would like to say an enormous thank you to all the staff, students and families who have generously donated to the Western Sydney University Christmas Toy Appeal.

We are one of the many fortunate organisations that these donations have been passed on to, where they will be distributed to our families in need for Christmas!

These gifts are on board our bus for delivery today and we know our families will cherish the smiles of their children when they open their presents on Christmas Day!
