Annual Report 2024-2025

This past year has been one of renewal and strengthening for NCNS. As we embarked on the first year of our 2024–2029 Strategic Plan, our focus centred on building the foundations required for long-term impact.

We welcomed new leadership, completed significant groundwork through our Foundation & Alignment phase, and secured all major funding agreements for the next 5.5 years

an achievement that gives our community confidence and stability. We also strengthened our Board with two new directors, bringing expertise in law, governance, workforce development and healthcare — a strong team to guide our next chapter.
