School Holiday Programs can be an important influence in our teenage years. NCNS School Holiday Programs provide safe opportunities for youth to exercise independence with guidance from our youth workers.
During the Easter break our youth enjoyed going to Flip Out, Laser Skirmish, Ryde Pools, Hoyts Movie Day, Mini Golf and especially enjoyed going to the Easter Show (pictured above).
Through this program we aim to instil confidence and establish trust with our youth, helping them to become capable adults and allowing them to explore new experiences and environments safely.
We do this by valuing their opinions, listening to their input, and recognising as well as using their strengths.
Our team encourages a sense of belonging within the group, essential for teens good mental health and well-being. A sense of belonging helps teens make healthy decisions and help them to develop good habits.
NCNS runs School Holiday Programs for youth from Cranebrook & Kingswood Park every school holidays.
