NCNS introduces The Staples Bag to Cranebrook

Fresh fruit, bread, milk, cereal, meat, and much more for only $20? What a deal!

We are so excited to partner up with The Staples Bag, to be able to offer this great program to our community. The Staples Bag is a social enterprise initiative of Settlement Services International – a not for profit community food project.

How does it work?

The Staples Bag set up a pop up store at Koolyangarra Aboriginal Family Centre once a fortnight. You are able to order the size bag you want in advance, or you can just turn up on the day. You can pick a $20 bag ($70 value!) or a $30 bag ($100 value!), which includes fruit, eggs, bread and milk, and then you can pick a set number of items from a wide range of grocery items, including nappies and baby formula, to fill your bag. You can even order individual additional items if you like, at highly discounted rates.

Payment is easy – either cash or eftpos, or you can sign up to use Centrepay – we can help you with that.

The food is high quality, and FRESH!!

For more information, call Monica (4729 3907) or Julie (4729 0442), or come down to check it out on Thursday, 1 December, from 1pm to 3pm at Kooly – 1 Kington Place, Cranebrook.
